Open Question: help!!!! how do i find local accidents?

okay so i got a call from my brother in law at 6am that my sister went out last night with some friends. she called him at 2am that she was on her way and never showed up. it is now 7am and still no word from her. how do i find out if shes been in an accident? what do i do, i cant just sit here and wait, what if something happened to her. does anyone know what i can do?
