Open Question: huge dilemma los angeles,ca.?

i previously rented a 1 bdroom apartment, my landlord ask me if i was interested in renting a 2 bedroom in another city. i jump at the offer. the only thing was that she was not going to fix anything (move as is) my deposit rolled over to my new placel. now that am considering moving, will it be a problem to get my deposit back since she did not fix anything in my new place? how do i go about it???... read more
